I have just found out about the passing of "Barney the Magician". I have many a memories of my children being entertained a different venues and restaurants around KW when they were growing up. We could not afford expensive dinners or outings when they were little and many a time, Barney would show up and make the evening extra special for them. For my daughter's 16th birthday, he was the main act, entertaining a bunch of teenagers who thought this was the best time they have had ever (she is now 28 and we still talk about that birthday party and how Barney made it extra special). My three children remember him fondly and he will always have a special part on all our hearts. Please accept our deepest condolences. From the Schirm family
