Grief comes with a plethora of emotions. Every emotion is valid and must be honored.
However, the Intensity of the emotions can be scary because we have never felt this way before. We aren’t sad, we feel deep sorrow. We aren’t upset, we are mad. We aren’t worried, we are anxious.
During our time we explore many of these emotions and work to find strategies to cope and honor each of them in a healthy and active way.
