The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Wally Kaehler can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Uncle Wally

I remember the day Wally and Joan were married.  Danny, Linda, Sharon and I spent a lot of time together as young children and teenagers.  The most memorable were all those camping trips to the municipal campground in Southhampton (when the beach bowling alley stood gracefully),  The Pinery, Killbear and many others.  We kids loved Wally because he would entertain us and tell us stories around the campfire. He made us laugh.  Wally was also a good companion when we reached our late teens and early adulthood as he loved to share refreshments with us and play cribbage until the wee hours.  I will miss the spirit with which he lived his life.

Love Brian
