Way Ahead of His Time

Dr. Rainham was our family physician during the 70's and 80's. I just saw and spoke with him last Wednesday after both of us had finished working out at a local fitness club. This is the last time I saw David and I am so grateful that, at that time, I had the opportunity to tell him that I thought he was 20-30 years ahead of the medical establishment because of his amazing, ground-breaking work around stress and coping strategies.  I also told him that I appreciated the fact that one of the best things he ever gave me was not a pill, but a pamplet on coping with stress.

My deepest condolences to the Rainham family. In the pain of your profound loss - you can have some solace knowing that David helped advise, heal and enhance the quality of life for countless individuals throughut Waterloo Region and beyond.
