My condolences to Marilyn and the rest of Wayne's family and friends. I had the pleasure of serving with Wayne in the Provincial legislature and remember his ever-present friendly smile, flashy attire, and quick wit. He enjoyed exchanging heckles with opposition members: these moments often ended in laughter all round.
He was a great guy.
