Condolence From: John & Marilyn Lewington
Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with you Marilyn and Family. Wayne was a great insurance guy before he ever took up active politics. He is remembered in Ottawa and in Cambridge for his activity during his Gore Mutual days. Too young. His contribution did make a difference!

Condolence: My condolences to Mrs. Wettlaufer and family. Wayne's generous service to Kitchener and Waterloo Region was exceptional.
His selfless attitude and warm smile was open to everyone and I believe that's what made Wayne great.
Just a few weeks ago I saw Wayne buying some eggs at Costco. I came up behind him and reminded him that he couldn't throw those inside council chambers. Wayne roared with laughter and proceeded with small talk with ease.
His service will be missed.
Rest in peace Wayne.
All the best,
Paul

Condolence: My deepest condolences to Marilyn and the entire Wettlaufer family. Wayne could have lived past 100 years and as a community we would still feel cheated by his passing. So few remain with the integrity and passion that Wayne demonstrated every day. He will be missed but always remembered. God Bless.

Condolence: My condolences to Marilyn and the rest of Wayne's family and friends. I had the pleasure of serving with Wayne in the Provincial legislature and remember his ever-present friendly smile, flashy attire, and quick wit. He enjoyed exchanging heckles with opposition members: these moments often ended in laughter all round.
He was a great guy.

Condolence: Such a great life Wayne led... I was so happy to participate with you Marilyn, and Wayne on the 'door-to-door' campaign to get out the votes the first time. I'm still looking for the Parson's Chair that needs a refinishing. Hugs and condolences to all the family from Rose and I.
