I am shocked to hear of Stephen's passing. I enjoyed working with him twice - at 11 Division and 12 Division - Toronto Police Service. He was a constant inspiration to me, He had boundless energy and enthusiasm. He set a great example and always lead from the front. I am sorry for your loss. Alex Gauthier
