I just received information on Stephen's passing and I am very sorry to hear this. I had the pleasure of working with him at 12 Division Toronto Police for a number of years in his capacity as both a uniform Sergeant and as a Detective working alongside of me.
Stephen was always a very eager and dedicated police officer who was always willing to jump in and lend a hand to others. He has left this world far too early and sadly never got to enjoy his retirement.
