Condolence: My sincerest condolences on the passing of Martin. Our family lived across the street from him for 10 years. We moved away in 2010. He was such a nice man. Every year he would make a special halloween package for both our children (Rachel & Keenan) for when they came to his door to trick or treat. Although we're not living on Hudson Cres. anymore it makes me sad to hear of his passing. The neighbourhood won't be the same without him.
