Aline was my longtime friend from the sixties, having met at McMaster University and both active with SUPA. She travelled with me and another friend when we drove thousands of miles across Canada, west to Vancouver and south to San Franscisco and back to Toronto. Four of us had a wonderful reunion a few years ago to share stories of our adventures together. She was the most wonderful of travelling companions and generous with her humour and love. We will miss our visits with Aline and George.
