The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Irene Pihura can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

To the Pihura family, As your mother, she loved you all first. Take comfort in knowing that her love will never die, that her love is in all of you. Her love was in everything she did to make your lives worthwhile. Her work here on earth was warm, kind and wise. She lived for her family with grace, dignity and love and she left you in the same way. She will miss you all as much as you will miss her. May her love and memories give you all strength through this time of grief. The angels called and she came...and she whispered to you all "I will be with you every day". Thank you Irene for the kindness, love and friendship you shared with me. I smile, and feel blessed to have shared many wonderful times with you and your family.
