The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Frank Udvari can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Heather Forbes Shipman
Condolence: Colette, I was sorry to see the obituary for your husband Frank in the paper recently. Both of you were such good friends to my parents, Marg and Jack Forbes and they mentioned Frank often. He certainly had a full and successful life!

Condolence: To Collette, Marty, and Jane: Please know that I was very saddened to learn of Frank's recent passing. Frank was very instrumental in my being hired to the NHL Officiating Staff in 1970 and I will always remember him for that. We had some great talks over the years while travelling, and more recently by telephone. I feel very fortunate to have known Frank on both a professional and personal level. He was, and always will be, a true "Hall of Famer"

Condolence: Aggie-we were so very sorry to learn of the loss of your dad. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Know that he is in the'arms of God' and there just cannot be a more lovely place than that.
He is safe from harm, free of pain and difficulty and reunited with loved ones.
Celebrate his life, as he had a wonderful one and did so much with it.

Its not easy to be the ones left behind, but if you remember the happy times, it is a little easier.

Love and All God's Blessings to you and the family.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you Colette, Marty, Jane and families in the loss of Frank. The great memories each of you have from over the years I know will last with you forever, and make his departure easier to accept. Just as it will with all of us out here who knew him.
Look to the heavens and give a smile each morning as he will be looking upon you to have a good day each and every day.

Condolence: Colette, Marty, Jane and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. The laughs, the stories, the smiles. And even though it seems like you can never recover from your loss, it is these very memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles.

I'm sure my Dad, Ed was there to give Frank a great big greeting and they are reminiscing of the good old days. Frank was a good friend and business partner to my parents and I have fond memories of those days.

My Mother, Linda Trendell, my sister Wendy Trendell and myself offer all our sincere condolences.
