Professor in checkers and master barbeque chef.

Uncle Johnny was by far the best checker's player I have ever come across. He was a master barbeque chef. Made the best sheftalia, souvlouki, ribs and lamb on a spit. Never-mind that awful propane barbeque. He would only used charcoal briquettes. No, no, no ,no, no... Remember his olive coloured Peugeot car and his classy Camero which he would take turns painting it white to red and then red to white and then back again. Who could forget the Pontiac 6000 and his Chrysler minivans with an Acura emblem on the hood. Johnny would frequent Swiss Pantry donuts, Tim Hortons and Williams Coffee. May your memory be eternal uncle Johnny. Love, Ioannis Carley Joachim
