Peacefully at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Sunday, January 1, 2012, Robert C. McIntosh at the age of 60. Dearly loved husband of Arlene (nee Burns). Cherished and devoted father of Angela. Loving brother of Paul and his late wife, Kathy Jane and Brad and his wife, Christine; brother-in-law of Robert Burns and his wife, Jill. Also remembered as a fun-loving uncle by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his dear parents, Colin and Helen McIntosh. Relatives and friends will be received at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, (519-749-8467) on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 685 Highpoint Ave., Waterloo, on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:00 am with Canon Robin Lyons officiating. Cremation to follow and interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Wellington would be appreciated (cards available at the funeral home).
