Kahner, Peter
Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at Grand River Hospital on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in his 62nd year.
Beloved husband of Debby for 39 years. Loving father of Mike (Angela). Son of the late Heinz and Walburga Kahner and son-in-law of the late Raymond and Joyce Delaney. Dear brother of Bill (Lorraine). Brother-in-law of Heather, Jeanne and the late Roy Delaney. Cherished uncle of Derek (Andrea), Trevor (Leslie), Jesse (Mylène), Gabriel and the late Olivier. Will be missed by many great-nieces and nephews.
Peter's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
