My heartfelt condolences go out to Dave, Andy, Annette, Ben, Choui, Shay-Lynn, Helen, Leighton and Shelley. I will always remember Pam as a wonderful, caring, loving woman ... a true and compassionate friend to my Sister Libby. Pam will always share a special place in my heart and she was indeed loved by my entire family. To all of Pam's family and friends at this most difficult time, remember that "When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure". Rest in Peace Pam ...
