Fielding, Michael P.
It is with sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Michael P. Fielding in his 56th year on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Beloved loving husband, best friend and soulmate of Mary Breau.
Dearest loving Father of Nikola Fielding (Roland) Gillian (Matthew) and Jackson Fielding. Loving Gramps to Alexander and Addison who he loved dearly and was very proud of and brought him much happiness. Dear brother of Glen (Rosie), Earl (Carole), Janice Strassburger (Bob). Predeceased by his parents Leslie and Rachel Fielding. Michael will be missed and remembered by many family and friends.
Mike was a self-taught guitarist and played with his heart and soul. He was a dedicated hard working licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic for many years and was proud of all his working accomplishments. What was most important to him was to be with his family to celebrate those special occasions and Sunday dinners.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral mass 11 a.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at St. Ambrose Church, 210 South Street, Cambridge, followed by a reception in the church hall. Cremation to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467).
