Condolence: Dear Paul, Gail and Stephen,
We are saddened to hear of Uncle Mervyn's passing and send you our heartfelt condolences. He is fondly remembered for his wide grin, warm and gentle ways and for the close sense of family that endured throughout his lifetime. Of course, as one of eight Gottfried brothers, he also reminded me so much of my own father who passed first in 1991. Unfortunately, a very bad traffic situation prevented us and my brother Glenn from attending Uncle Mervyn's funeral as planned (Roger was unable to) and we had to turn around after almost 4 hours of driving. Please know that we were with you in spirit and intention and that your beloved Dad and Papa is with you always in Heaven ... may God bless you all.
