Koechl, Mary (nee Fayt):
Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at her home at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Eric (1986). Loving Mother to Robert (Bonnie) and Richard (Linda). Cherished Oma to 10 grandchildren and great-Oma to 34 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother, Miro Fayt.

Mary's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (rosary at 7:00 p.m.) on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Requiem Mass will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at St. Peter's Church, 8404 Fifth Line, Guelph/Eramosa (Oustic) at 1:00 p.m. Fr. Don Sanvido, celebrant. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Oma's life at the annual Dominion Day celebration at the family home, 6463 Sixth Line, Belwood, after the funeral mass. Burial at Parkview, Cemetery, Waterloo on Tuesday, July 2, 2019.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. Joseph's Fergus Building Fund or St. Peter's Church - Oustic would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
