Passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital, at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of Christos for 53 years.
Dear sister of Gregory, of Kitchener, Nikos, Dimitris and Panagiota Michalopoulos, of Greece.
Survived by her sister-in-law Panagiota Gotsis.
Cherished aunt of Maria and George Michalopoulos and Effie Xintavelonis.
Maria's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00pm-9:00pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A funeral service will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 527 Bridgeport Road Kitchener, on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 9:30am. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church or the Asthma Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
