Passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Idalia for 59 years.
Loving father of Joe (Rosemary), Roy and Isabel (Licinio).
Cherished grandfather of Vanessa, Michael, Nicole, Telmo and Catarina and great-grandfather of Lauren and Luke.
Dear brother of Raul Jorge (Maria) and Frederico (Violante).
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his brother Jose and sister Isabel.
Manuel's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
