Peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2009 at Leisureworld Caregiving Centre, Elmira in her 82nd year. Lila Glaister (nee Fountain) loving mother of Bill, Jim (Roslin) and Linda (Bill) Owens and cherished grandmother of Jennifer (David) McQuillin , Greg (Marissa) Glaister and Tracy (Darryl) Stroeder and great grandmother of Brianna, Meghan and Jack McQuillin, Brooke, Jenna and Rebecca Stroeder. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Janet. Dear sister of Elva, Donald, Lloyd, Reginald and Yvonne (Bonnie). Predeceased by sisters, Ruth and Jean and brothers, Ainsley, Leonard and Harvey.

Family services will be conducted on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Coping Centre, 1740 Blair Road, Cambridge, ON N3H 4R8 would be appreciated.
