The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Leo Tobi can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Leo was a bright light. He was genuine and always friendly. Never too busy to chat, no matter how long it had been since he saw you last. Those are qualities that are endearing and he will be missed in our community. We share in your loss and hope your memories will guide you through this sad time.

Condolence: To the family of Leo I offer my sincere condolences.
For those of us who knew Leo in his high school days he represented the the best attitudes, the best qualities of teen-age kids. Over the years I saw him about once a year in the parking-lot at Rockway Golf Club and he raised the morale of all who shared in that conversation.
He was a husband and father of whom you can be very proud.

Condolence From: Jan Varner
Condolence: It is with great sadness that I send these condolences. As past CEO of United Way I saw Leo regularly at community events. He always gave a big hug and said I was his favourite- until the next hug came along! I teased him about how many favourites he had! I am sorry I am no longer in the community to pay my respects. Prayers and thoughts are with you.
