Condolence: I am deeply saddened to learn of Judy’s passing. While it’s been many years since we worked together at Journey’s End, her photo brings back such wonderful memories. Judy was amazing at being both the Strength and the Positivity in the room, no matter the topic. I am so grateful to have started my career learning from such an intelligent, bold and delightful woman who led with courage, humour and compassion, and knew how to nudge others to become their best. I’m glad to know she shared her talents, wisdom and warmth with so many. My sincere condolences to the Hebner family for your loss.

Condolence: I have just today been told of Judy's passing. I am in shock. We worked together at Journey's End for many years. We were good friends and shared a lot of good times together over meals, road trips and conversations. I am sad that she has left us too soon. She worked hard at all she did, and she loved her family and friends very much. She will be missed, and always remembered.

Condolence: Judy touched the lives of so many, as only Judy could, with encouragement, advice, a challenge and a big heart. I feel so privileged to have known her and to have worked with her at Humber. Even in her last months she continued to put others first, and wanted to know how you were doing. She will be so missed. My deepest sympathy to the Hebner family.

Condolence: Judy was a great mentor to me and many, she taught me to write my first course outline (and had lots of patience with me), she inspired me with how fiercely she fought for her students, and she sent so many of us on our study abroad experiences, including myself. She knew everything. I mean ev.ery.thing. I joked with her once that she was the personified encyclopedia of Humber. You could simply ask her anything, and she knew the answer. She remembered the details of an email two years ago, what was in a meeting last fall, what a course outline contained, and of course she was always right. She spoke her mind when needed, and she was truly one of the strongest women I have ever met. The outpouring on social media to the news of her death spoke volumes. Even when I visited her while she was sick, she showed keen interest in my life, she had tons of questions, gave me advice and barely allowed me to ask her questions back. I will miss her dearly and am grateful to have had the privilege to walk alongside her during part of her journey here on earth. My sincere condolences to her family!

Condolence: Judy was a wonderful colleague and friend who provided such great support to me and so many others. In her most difficult days she still focused her attention on caring for everyone else. She was one of the hardest and most dedicated workers I knew. She will be truly missed. My deepest condolences to the entire Hebner family. Rest in peace my friend.
