Condolence: It is with great sadness during this time of isolation to hear that Harold passed away. As a neighbourhood friend he will be sadly missed. Harold was a very happy and kind person and greeted everyone, and their dog while walking down Frederick Street. He made the central Frederick neighbourhood a better place.
