Frits passed away peacefully and with dignity at St. Mary’s Hospital on Friday, March 8, 2013 in his 95th year. Frits was born in Denmark, November 12, 1917 and is survived by his sister Solveig and son’s Tom and Kim (Penny). Beloved Far Far to Deena and Jenny. Great Far Far to Erik, Kyle and Emily.

Frits was a long term member and past president of the Lion’s Club and was part of the engineering team at Electrohome for 24 years. Frits had a passion for trains, camping and canoeing, and photography and kept himself busy with these hobbies.

At the request of the family there will be no visitation or service. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lions’ Club of Kitchener would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
