Obituary for Charles "Chuck" Stuebing

Charles "Chuck" Stuebing
Stuebing, Charles Edward "Chuck":

Passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Friday, June 21st, 2019 from a heart attack.
Chuck had just celebrated his 87th birthday on June 20th.

In a life well lived, Chuck was many things to many people. Never one to sit around, he always had projects on the go and was always willing to selflessly lend a hand to anyone who needed it.

Many will know Chuck as a long time owner of Chuck's TV, volunteer at Forest Heights LTC and current head of maintenance at St. Luke's Church. For some he will be remembered as the "Old Guy" who delivered Christmas baskets.

Predeceased by his wife Delores (2006).
To proud sons Brian (Trudy, predeceased) and Mark (Karen) he was "Pops" or Dad.
He was Grandpa to John, Dan (Mireille), Laura and Rebecca. Great Grandpa to granddaughter Riley.
Eldest brother to Jim (Sandy), Larry (Karen), Dave (Sharon) and brother-in-law to Shirley.
Predeceased by his parents John and Laura, brothers Bruce and Edward, and sister Sharyn.
He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him, especially his family.

There will be an informal visitation from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 27th, 2019 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 317 Franklin St. N., Kitchener, with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Luke's Lutheran Church or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
