My Mom and I enjoyed our years of Wednesday lunch and card games with Cathy. I hear the same theme over and over. Her love of family, her quick wit, and her love of garage sales and antiques. There was so much to look at in her home. I loved checking our her new finds, and I managed to buy a piece or two before she took it to her market stand. Her garden out front was very pretty too, and she offered me anything I wanted to dig out. Cathy was one of a kind and we enjoyed her competitive card playing for many years, her kindness when hosting, her excellent baking, and her sweet kitty cats that she loved dearly. Cindy, you and I are the same age, and I know how much your Mom meant to you, as does mine to me. She loved all of you with all her heart. Our sincere condolences.
