The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Caroline Helm can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Beverly Whyte
Condolence: Hello. I'm Bev Whyte(Bielaski) Dennis and I actually were born on the same day. Our moms were in St Mary's together. And, being in the same neighbourhood, we went to St Bernadette's together! To top it off, my mom is still at Winston. She is in the Nursing area but when I came to visit, I would bring her down to the Pub. We would often see and chat with your mom. She would be filling her mug with hot chocolate and picking up the treat of the day, very similar to what we tend to do. I have been telling my mom that I have been missing Mrs Helm. Unfortunately my mom's mind is slipping so she would tell me she saw her a few days ago. Today, when I was at Winston I inquired and unfortunately they wouldn't tell me any news about your mom. That is kind of a sign. I am terribly sorry I missed her final days! She was always so positive and so happy she ws living at Winston! I will truly miss her. Bev Whyte

Condolence From: Jim Bunsch
Condolence: Dear Marlene, Judy and Dennis: I remember your Mum well from the days my Dad was married to your aunt, Edna Helm/Bunsch. I enjoyed Caroline’s company on many occasions. I am saddened for you & your cousin, Roger Helm, & Families, to read that you lost your Mum. Living to 90 years of age is a bonus … but it’s never long enough! May your many friends, relatives & the Great One help you & your Families through this difficult time. I offer my deepest sympathy to you from the Bunsch Family.
Sincerely, Jim Bunsch (Twsp of Carling, on Georgian Bay)

Condolence From: Therese Schuett
Condolence: Carolyn was a regular member of our group which said the Rosary Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. There were times when she would lead a decade and we very much appreciated her involvement. It was with shock and sadness to us when we heard of her passing so unexpectedly. Please accept our sympathy and know that we will remember you all as we pray the Rosary together this weekend. Sincerely, Therese Schuett
