Steen, Brian Terry
The flame of my candle was blown out by God. Terry passed away peacefully surrounded by family at St. Mary's Hospital on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Nancy. Loving father of Michael Paul (Sonya), Monique Paul, Brian Steen and Tina-Marie Dryden (Paul). Proud Papa of Koby, Brayden, Danielle, Tina-Marie and Tristan. Survived by his brother Dan Steen (Ilga). Predeceased by brother Vaughn Steen and sister Sharon Nelson. Survived by brothers-in-law Jeff Nelson, Kim Lorentz (Madeleine) and Bryan Lorentz (Wendy Dupont) and by sister-in-law Lynda Ann Smith (Jim). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by his fur-baby Widdle. Dear friend of Bill Wilson. Special thanks to the 6th floor nursing staff and Dr. Burkett of St. Mary's Hospital.
Terry's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30-1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Celebration of Terry's Life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation - Respiratory Program would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
