On July 6th, 1950. Two of the most adorable babies were born to Keturah Ann Innis and Joseph Augusta Stamp. Joseph was so proud he walked up and down the hall of the hospital, and asked other patients in the hospital how many babies did you have? When they replied he said “Ha! I got two for the price of one”

When we were at the age of 12 our Father went to be with the lord. Those adorable babies grew up in the presence of the Lord.

Gladstone affectionately known as Winston upon completion of high school, choose a career in welding. Two years later after working at a company in Jamaica, he was then given the opportunity to continue his Job as a welder overseas in Canada. Years later he found himself working for the Corning Canada Inc. While at corning, Winston represented the workers as a union representative. His compassion and tireless efforts earned him the respect of his colleagues and peers. He was seen as a force for good when it came to contract negotiations. He later retired from corning; however, retirement did not sit well with Winston and he found a job working for the Toronto Pearson International Airport as a shuttle bus Driver.

During that time and the years to follow Winston was blessed with 4 children and a loving wife, Maxine McKenzie Stamp who stood by his side and supported him during his first battle with cancer. Together they made a home for each other and Winston upon his recovery continued to work and found himself with a variety of skills in different fields. All of which enabled him to provide for those less fortunate and bring others to Christ through his kindness and sincere compassion.

Brother Stamp will be remembered by his Church family for his dedication to the ministry. His contagious smile and winning enthusiasms. He enjoyed engaging in conversations with the young people and was always willing to help fellow elders in the church. Most importantly his connection with God was evident in his role as a sabbath school teacher.

He is remembered by his Loving wife Maxine McKenzie Stamp. Children, Gladstone Stamp Jr, Oliver Stamp Teron Smith, and Camala Smith. Twin Sister Fredricka Otis and host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
