Mary Lou and family, I just now spoke to Aunt Nellie about the passing of her brother, Piet, yesterday. Uncle Piet’s daughter, Annie (who was born in Canada), messaged me late last night and asked me to inform Dad and Aunt Nellie. That is how I found out about your son. So, so sorry to hear about your loss. As a bereaved parent myself, I know something about the pain that you are experiencing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
