Dear Erich and Vicky, Ingrid and Don and children,
Matt just shared the news of Theresa's passing. I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful mom. She was dearly loved by everyone in our family. I have great memories of walking to your farm and enjoying her delicious cooking, especially strudel. Of course the times together at Honey Harbour are still cherished memories and I drove there this summer and walked around Picnic Island, reliving the times we spent there with John and Theresa. I know Dad loved his time fishing with John and we all enjoyed eating their catch. Another memory from the farm is that you had a video game system in the 70's. I loved that Theresa would let us play "Pong". Something else that popped into my mind just now was that I took Theresa along to a special dinner at church one night when I needed a substitute grandmother... I was probably around 10 and that was special. I know how much my parents cared for John and Theresa and I know that their relationship as friends and neighbours was very special. I also appreciate that you came to visit mom at Sunnyside. We have a long history together and I send my love to all you.
Tasha
God bless you all as you mourn.
