Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the age of 62. Loving father of D.J. (Ashley) and Dale (Nicole). Proud "Papo" of Breanna, Peter, Hayden and Jordan. Beloved son of Evan (Jackie) and the late Joyce. Dear brother of Michael (Kim), Kathy, Rob (Heather), Vicky and Jamie. Uncle Doug will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews
Doug's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Thursday March 30, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 11 am. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
