Passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Alda.
Loving father of Elizabeth Papazotos and her husband George.
Cherished grandfather of Tina, Jimmy and Raquel.
Will be missed by his brother-in-law Joao Rocha and his wife Maria.
Loving remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Jose's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467). Prayers will be offered at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's RC Church (148 Madison Avenue S., Kitchener) on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
