Chapman, David James:

Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the age of 65. Loving father of Laura (Adam) McLaughlin, Ryan (Sabrina) Chapman, Amy (Jeremy) Redick and remembered by their mother Judy Chapman. Grandpa and Papa to Alexa, Lukas, Cayden, Owen, Keira, Cameron, Kaylyn. Loving son of Ada and the late James Chapman. Dear brother of Michael and Craig

David's family will receive relatives and friends from 10 - 10:45 am followed by a memorial service at 11 am on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
