The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Louis Zettel can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Ken Ward
Condolence: I am SO sorry about the loss of your father. Hearken back to the old days and a quote that will go down in infamy..."Trust In God". Words never are sufficient enough to dispel or lighten the grieving process....However please be assured that they are fully intended to convey my sympathies in the same manner that the original phrase was intended. Life DOES go on fortunately for ourselves and "Our" grandchildren: Ayden, Gavin, Tristan and Evan. God Bless.

Condolence: Janice and Vicki,
You both are in my thoughts. Your dad was a big part of our lives as we grew up together, with our dads being such good boyhood friends. I loved your dad’s laugh and have many fond memories of skiing together and visiting at your Park St. home. As my dad had passed away before I got married, I was very happy to have your dad pick me up to take me to the church. He was a little late, as he wanted to get his car washed so I wouldn’t dirty my wedding dress. In the last years before he went to Sunnyside, he reconnected with my mom and visited her with their mutual friend, Bob Adams. She was always so happy to have her dear friends come to chat. So many great memories.
