Young, Mary:
Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Friday, November 16, 2018 at her home at the age of 84. Beloved wife to the late Samuel. Loving Mom to Wilma and Alex (Monique). Cherished Gran to Brandon (Sabrina) and great Gran to Kingston and Conner. Predeceased by her parents and her 15 siblings.
Mary had a zest for life. Born in Scotland, she emigrated to Canada in 1965. She enjoyed all of what life had to offer with a positive attitude, giving support in so many ways to her family and friends. She was also a real animal lover and enjoyed spending time at the cottage and the Legion.
Mary's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, followed by the Memorial Service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
