Brown, Alfred:
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a brief illness on Friday, September 28th, 2018 at St. Mary's General Hospital at the age of 84.
Loving husband of 61 years to Marilyn Brown.
Dear brother to Marjorie (the late Otto) Yoworski and the late George Brown (Greta).
Proud Father of the late William Brown and Andrew Brown, Paul Brown (Vicky Cook), Alf Brown (Rosemarie Radke) and Kim Yantha (Mark).
Poppy will be missed by his grandchildren; Ryan, Joshua, Jarrett, Keilah, Jesse, Brianne, Jenna, Alexandra and Kara and his great- grandchildren; Tiffany, Sienna, Kolby, Madeline, Ellie, Wesley, Abigail and Lauren.
Cremation has taken place.
Alfred's family will receive relatives and friends from 10 - 10:45 am on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 at St. Andrew's Memorial Anglican Church (275 Mill St, Kitchener). A memorial service will take place at 11 am.
Reception to take place following the service at Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St. Kitchener).
Interment at Woodland Cemetery after the reception.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Andrew's Memorial Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
