1934-2018
Joyce Schatzke passed away on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at St. Mary's General Hospital.
She is survived by her loving sisters Doris May of St. Marys and Ruth Gutpell of Kitchener.
She was a devoted Aunt to her nephews and nieces, John (Madeleina), Dave, Tom (Heather), Dianne (Jim), Brad (Josie), Donna (Brian) and to great-nephews and nieces.
Joyce was predeceased by her parents John and Matilda Schatzke, her brothers-in-law Kenneth May and Robert Gutpell.
Joyce was a long and valued employee of the former Davis Henderson in Waterloo and a member of Probus Women's Club of Kitchener. She was an avid Blue Jay fan and enjoyed watching them play.
Cremation has taken place.
Joyce's family will receive relatives and friends from 2 pm - 4 pm on Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Tributes to be shared at 2:30 pm.
As per Joyce's wishes there will be no formal service.
