Passed away peacefully at The Westmount LTC on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the age of 98. Beloved husband of the late Mary (2013) for 65 years. Loving father of Joe (Clare), Val (Sylvia) and Mary (Bob Letarte). Proud grandfather of Stephanie, Michelle, Steven (Laura), Matthew, Bryan and Jeffrey. Great grandfather of Hunter and Brady. Predeceased by his brothers Joe, Leonard and Ivo and sisters Anka and Barbara. Nick will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews in Canada, USA and Croatia. Nick's family will receive relatives and friends from 10-10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow at the funeral home. The family wishes to thank Dr. M. Carothers, the nurses and personal care workers at the Westmount LTC for their outstanding care and compassion.
