Obituary for Norbert Neil Rottger
Rottger, Norbert
Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief illness on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the age of 56. Loving brother of Angela Rottger. Predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Ingrid Rottger. He worked for Onward Manufacturing for the past 4 years. He enjoyed history, classical music, and was a devoted member of St. Phillip's Lutheran Church and in the past was on the on church council. He also volunteered his help where needed. He will be remembered as our Gentle Giant, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place.
Norbert's family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at St. Philip's Lutheran Church (236 Woodhaven Road, Kitchener). A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
