Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2018, at St. Mary's Hospital. Beloved mother to Jennifer (Jamey) and Jason (Jen). Dear Aunt to Lisa Simmons, Krista and Christopher (Rebecca) Cronin and Corey Regan. Joan will be missed by her great-nieces and nephews Alanah, Logan, Adyson, Brayden, Regan, Cole and Maryn. Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Florence Regan as well as her siblings Jim Regan, Jerry Regan, Diane (Leo) Cronin, Mary Ahrens and her nephew Terry Stapleton and nephew-in-law James Simmons.
Joan's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 p.m and 7-9 p.m on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January, 6th. A spring burial will take place at St. Vincent De Paul Cemetery in Mitchell, Ontario.
As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to Kitchener - Waterloo Humane Society (Donations can be made at the funeral home)
