Obituary for Ruth Irene Schlacter (Dunnington)

Passed away peacefully at Derbecker Heritage House, St. Jacob's on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the age of 94.
Dear wife of the late Joseph Schlacter (2014). Special aunt to Jane Haffner (Don) and James Dobney (Tracey).
Ruth is survived by sisters Shirley Dobney, Alva Kalbfleisch. Dear sister of the late Jean Sutherland, Doug Dunnington, Ken Dunnington, Marion Stumpf, Muriel Dunnington, Jack Dunnington and Audrey Paquette.
Ruth's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 11 - 1 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memories will be shared at 12 noon.
Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Derbecker Heritage House or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
Special thanks to the angels at Heritage House for all the loving care and attention shown to Ruth.
