Brian and I go way, way back more then 50 years. One of the first adventures was finding skateboards in the US on a trip to Buffalo in the 60's. After seeing an article in Popular Mechanics to build a sailboat in a weekend - we did it- but it took us three months and we both built one after taking sailing lessons in Bronte and learning to capsize a sailboat. Brian tried, unsuccessfully, to teach me to water ski on one ski on Lake Baptiste. In the 70's we bacame a world class car rally team for Peugeot and our claim to fame was beating Sterling Moss in the Canadian International Rally. We had several lunches at the Mohawk Inn and one of them was the "tator gun" demo in the parking lot, much to the consternation of the patrons. Along with the many lunches/dinners in Kitchener and Toronto, Brian was our first visitor for Eva and I in our new home in Florida, five years ago and he and Marg were here just to months ago in late Novemeber. I have wonderful memories,of my best friend.
