Passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 91.

Beloved wife of the late Gerald Dietrich.
Loving mother of Marybeth Maltby and Berkley Dietrich (Betty Germann).
Proud Grandma of Jaime Cole (Henry), Lynn (Lisa Hagen), Jessica (Elysia Black), Taylor and great-grandmother of Mercedes, Jordan, Madelyn and Ryker.
Dear sister of Doreen Hogan (Lorne).
Sister-in-law of Diane Metzloff, Allister Dietrich (Rita) and Marilyn Dietrich.
Predeceased by her parents Clarence and Priscilla Metzloff, brother Jack Metzloff, sister Sandra Roehrig, brother-in-law Stanley (Marie) and sister-in-law Theresa Dietrich.

Betty was a member of the C.W.L. for 67 years, serving three terms as President and also a member of Days for Girls.

Betty's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John's R.C. Church, 85 Strange St., Kitchener, on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow at the funeral home.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the KidsAbility would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
