Dear Donna, Chrissy and Steven, along with the rest of the family:
We are so saddened by the untimely passing of a wonderful partner, father, brother and son.
Rick has been a great friend to my brother as well and Rick and Donna mean a great deal to he and his wife.
Rick was courageous and positive as he battled this illness. He was an inspiration to others.
We hope you will be comforted by knowing others care and are holding you in our hearts and prayers.
