Gabriel, Michael Philip:
Passed away, peacefully, on Wednesday, September 12th, 2018 at Freeport Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 82. Former spouse to the late Gay Gabriel (2017). Loving Dad to Nicole Goodyear (Brian) and Cheryle Gabriel. Cherished Papa of Liam and Owen Goodyear. Survived by his brother, Joseph (Mary) and sister, Carolyn Keating (Sears). Predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters.
Special thanks to the nurses at Freeport Hospital for all their kindness and special care.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm at The Whale & Ale Pub (1120 Victoria St N, Kitchener).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, 519-749-8467).
