It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ted Chris on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018.
Beloved husband of Sherry Chris for 32 years.
Loving father of Amy Chris (Travis Rinas).
Cherished grandpa of Ryker Rinas.
Dear brother of George (Beverley) Chris.
Ted will be greatly missed by his nephews Duane and Stephen Chris and their families.
Ted was a selfless friend who took great pride in helping others. He was a compassionate lawyer who loved providing exceptional service to his clients. Ted was an avid horseman who lived life his way and his greatest love was his family. He was especially proud of his grandson Ryker.
Ted's family will receive relatives and friends from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Celebration of His Life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow. Private cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Central Ontario Developmental Riding Program (www.pridestables.com) would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
