Phil and I were deeply saddened to learn of Wayne's passing today. It saddens us how time gets away as it only seems like yesterday we were enjoying a lovely catch up at the tail gate, DATR in Buffalo. Looking back at photo's this am, I was in disbelief that it was August 2009 as seems like a couple of years ago.

We have always held your family in highest regard, despite great distance the past few decades. We cherish our shared memories/adventures of our time with THE VENTURES many moons ago. It is part and parcel because of good people like yourselves that we still stay involved through our work with BDPA in paying it forward to the next generation.

We hope it gives you much comfort to know just how much Wayne influenced our lives in our early adult lives. It is part and parcel why we remain involved with DCI through our work with The Blue Devils - giving back what other's like yourselves gave to us in such a rewarding way.

A bit unconventional, but we felt it only appropriate in keeping with "WAYNE'S SPIRIT & MEMORY" the way he influenced us ... We are making a donation to https://bluedevils.org/support/devils-food "FEED The FUTURE" in loving memory of Wayne Hall - We think he would approve immensely #GODBLESS xo
